		<description><![CDATA[Our new President has his plans for our country in the next four years. Although the inauguration is not yet happening, details are beginning to emerge in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan, as it is being called.  The gist of it is that the first order of business is to cut taxes to the American lower and middle class, the typical payday loans consumers. The plan also provides for investment in infrastructure, such as bridges, roads, and water mains. There are also provisions for states that have faltering revenue streams to get some federal funding.
