This misbegotten Policy has been subjected to the scrutiny of scientific research for 20 years and over $30 billion of research trying to prove CO2 is a dangerous gas. CEI, who monitors Gov't activities, came out in early September '09 with a report that "no single piece of empirical evidence that man-made CO2 has a significant effect on the global climate." That should be the end of this trumped up hypothesis. That leaves the stupidest bill, Waxman / Markey, ever to come out of our legislature, ostensibly to save our planet, a law with no useful purpose whatever.
