Not that in matters. CO2 is plant food. CO (carbon monoxide) kills. The fuss is about using junk science for political ends. A dog catcher cannot be elected (he thinks) without cowtowing to the 15% environmemntalist who are anti-everything. Moreover, a single politician can create chaos by calling for specific unnecessary climate related legislation leading to exponential regulation for no reason except their own ego trip. Same thing and same reasoning...self deception and a tad crazy. Planting trees to offset carbon???? The tree saplings are already growing someplace. They are merely transplanted in the name of C02 and would be planted somewhere with or without an offset. It's absolutely raving nuts...their reasoning.
