		<description><![CDATA[I have heard numbers as high as five million new green jobs, jobs that are well paying, can&#039;t be outsourced to other countries, etc. Electric power generation is a zero sum game with sales basically flat. Generating a green kw only replaces another fuel source kw. Creating a green energy job would either ballon cost or reduce a job in another fuel source. Of course that is not creating any net new jobs. ]]></description>
