I have no idea where you got your numbers, but $900 per person is far from right. And you don't even have to take the government health care.

And of course the ethanol productionb killed alot of people in POOR countries. They have neither the proper leadership nor the right technology to create and run a successful operation. Most poorer/developing countries have polution so bad you can't see the sky. It's no suprise people are dying.

And yes he is spending, but he is spending it on things in this country, better than Bush who spent most of his budget to fight a war that is NEVER going to be won. It's just another Vietnam.

GLOBAL warming has been going for way before any factory was built it is what ended the ice age and has been going on every since and will stop on its on . 2012 the earth will start its wable in the opp. direction so the climate will go in the other direction and over thousands of years will move into another ice age until it reaches the time it starts to go back in the other direction and repeat its self over and over again
