Folks the Global Warming Side of the debate have taken into account solar radiation variations in the forecasts. The run up in the Earths Temperature over the last 30-40 years is a result of two factors, solar radiance and CO2. The cooling off we have experience over the last 2-4 years is due to Sun Spot Cycles. We are at the lowest sunspot cycle we have seen in a long time. Low enough to Freeze over Galveston Bay this coming January. Instead what we are seeing is a slightly cooler than normal winter in North America.
