		<description><![CDATA[More of a thought/question about how to deal with rising sea levels if/when it happens. 
 
Why don&#039;t/aren&#039;t we considering diverting major rivers of the world and the fresh water they pour into the oceans to control ocean levels and at the same time provide needed water to those that need it. I.E. divert some of the St. Lawrence to feed Lake Meade .. I am sure there are many examples world wide that are feasible, we have the technology. Don&#039;t need an expensive pipe line, a big ditch will do ! ]]></description>
