Marlo, the problem is that the EPA doesn’t care if the benefits of policy are out weigh by the costs. With respect to the Clean Air Act, they are IMMUNE to cost benefit considerations.

Those of us who remain sane can tell them as many times as we like that they will do a lot of damage and accomplish nothing. Their going to try darn it!
