The voter's guide for this election expends considerable weasel-verbiage describing Prop 23 (which stays the brunt of AB32 until employment reaches 5.5 per cent for 4 quarters). Two items stand out in my mind as downright lies: 1) The Earth is warming, thanks to human CO2 emissions, stated as fact rather than as conjecture; and 2) The impact of AB32 on jobs will be minor. Some polls have Prop 23 losing by double digits, and the way the voter's guide presents the subject may well be responsible. - Jerry I am a Californian and subject to AB32.
