It would be much better to start with "in a victory for science and reason", or "in a victory for common sense". For better or worse, the public has been negatively conditioned toward "industry", regardless of the industry. Since the man-made global warming fraud affects everyone, I think it's much better to cheer any news regarding debunking of the fraud, or decreased support of the fraud by government, by noting the fraud is/will harm everyone (and that lack of propping up of the fraud will help everyone, not just "industry") It's too bad the article/editorial begins with "in a victory for industry". We all know how the trial lawyers have been a major contributer to high medical costs, due to both insane lawsuits, and the secondary effect of possible litigation that causes un-necessary tests, etc. Now this will pale in comparison to what can happen to many industries if lawyers are allowed to press litigation for carbon emissions. This will accomplish what the left has so far not been able to do, bring down the United States of America. This is very scary.
