EPA originally announced in the proposed rule that a hearing would be held on July 12, 2011 in the Washington D.C. area, but deferred to a separate notice for the details of this hearing. If there was a legitimate main stream press left in America to do the watchdog job the founders envisioned for them, a press that has squandered and doesn&#039;t deserve their first amendment rights, the EPA would never have been able to get away with 10% of the crap they have already gotten away with.
