Global warming is being used as a scapegoat for higher spending, higher taxes and fraud. While there is a small amount of anthropogenic or man-made warming most climate change is cyclical. There is too little proof of what, if any percentage of warming is man-made. It is not wise to make drastic decisions that cost jobs and an untold amount of money with flawed data.
